We are professionals. A reasonable lunch period is not being greedy. A duty free 30 minutes is the bare MINIMUM and really should be more.

45 minutes of planning time is completely insufficient to do all the tasks this job requires. I literally spend more than 45 minutes just reading emails.

If want people to stay in this profession consider how much time it actually takes to do the job without being completely stressed out.

@Ron_Nirenberg Please be more transparent when discussing number sets in backlog cases. When reporting “xyz” number of new cases a day where do the number of backlog cases that are reported indicating an increase from this date to this date increase the number of cases on a specific date? Ty
