@British_Airways just spoke to CS about a voucher expiry in September. You owe me £244.11 from a cancelled a while back but won’t let me use it when I want to use it which is less than 3 weeks after the expiry! It makes zero sense.

@British_Airways So for £244, a company as big as BA is going to make a customer, club card holder and Amex holder go to the CAA/PACT? It’s not even like I’m not using it, I want to use it within 3 weeks

@British_Airways It wasn’t - it was issued when a flight was cancelled and we missed a day of our holiday as compensation.

You owe the money, I determine when I go away not you! It should matter when it’s due to expire. If I owe someone money, I can’t tell them that there is an expiry date of when I pay them back!
