@sophiegrenham For the most part yes. And the company. When I worked there I was one of two Catholics out of about 40 staff. The branch itself closed in 99 (I think), and most of us staff moved a short distance to another branch. The headquarters and main vault remained there.

@sophiegrenham I was thinking of you last night on a flight from Malaga. As soon we boarded, the man beside me started watching TikTok on his phone with the volume up. Pointed looks didn’t work so I nudged him and asked if he had headphones. He seemed surprised but put them on! No argument 😌
