@delta you need to rethink you chat support process. After a ~30 minutes consisting of lengthy waits for responses, I garnered exactly no useful information about my delay, my rebooking, and/or potential hotels for my impending stay in the JFK area due to this lengthy delay.

@Delta why is flight DL233 still on the ground in Naples +2.5 hours after our scheduled departure? We have deplaned to refuel after the “paperwork issue”, replaced and been seated, ready for +1 hour now.

@hypogolic I had no idea, did a little searching after reading your tweet and was surprised to see tech papers from the 90’s 😳. I’m not familiar with forming method though. Have seen some EBM niobium and it’s very high roughness. Is this machined?

@cavan_holley @TheTexasGooner @NyaJab82 I like his direct play. I think we need more of that. I’ve no time or Ozil. He’s lost the “he’s Ozil, he’s class, he has to start” standing IMO. I think the team is more balanced without him.
