A victim mentality is the ingenious cloak of Self-betrayal. The character never develops. The story never ends—an infinite loop of personal hell.
This is the Contrapasso. Eternal damnation and separation from Self.
You cannot come Home while treating your body as the place you must escape.
Enter slowly. Feel your feet, your breath, the anger in your chest, the grief beneath your ribs.
Your body has been keeping the door open.
Come Home.

Through the mother, we first encounter the Soul,
and without her emotional presence and world,
there is no home within; Only survival.
Self-abandonment in motion.
Streamer “Hmblzayy,” who is walking 3,000 miles to California from Philly, was struggling to walk through the Appalachian Mountains in Pennsylvania when a random man stopped to help him.
“I was having trouble getting up PA Mountains and God sent angels”
Billy Bob Thornton opens up in the most raw way…
He looks straight into the camera and says the quiet truth most people never admit out loud:
“Yeah, I’ve never been the same since my brother died. There’s a melancholy in me that never goes away. I’m 50% happy and 50% sad at any given moment.”
He shares the only advice he has for anyone who’s lost someone that close:
“You won’t ever get over it. And the more you know that and embrace it, the better off you are.”
He doesn’t want to forget his brother — or even the pain — because that pain is how he honors how much his brother mattered.
“If I have to suffer and be sad for the rest of my life… then that’s the way I honor him.”
Raw, honest, and beautiful. 💔
Food lies can take DECADES to be debunked, and over 90% of chronic disease stems from food industry deception.
Think about Crisco, introduced in 1911 as an alternative cooking oil. It was made from cottonseed oil, originally used in candles, and marketed to replace butter and lard. It took over 100 years for public outrage to get the trans fats found in Crisco banned, even though they can destroy the heart, brain tissues, and cells.
This isn't an isolated incident. Asbestos, DDT, glyphosate, and even fluoride have similar stories of being introduced with little oversight, causing harm, and taking decades to be removed or re-evaluated.
So, when powerful interests tell you something is "healthy" or "safe," always question it. The history of public health is rife with examples of things we were told were fine, only to find out much later they were damaging.
Trauma heals as the body regains the capacity to stay present with what is true.
As sensation becomes tolerable, defenses soften.
Positive emotion returns naturally, without being summoned or performed.
Discipline works on behavior. Identity-level moralization operates on existence. So the nervous system hears discipline not as structure, but as threat:
"If I don't stop this, I'm bad."
"If I stop this, I lose how I survive."
That's the bind.
This is why you don't just need "better habits." You need permission to exist without performing goodness. Until that happens, every habit change attempt is secretly a self-eradication attempt.
