If Maduro was doing to intentionally cause harm in the US via cartels from within, then it (and the restraint of the raid) meets the four conditions to legally implement article 51: attribution, threshold, necessity, and proportionality.

@SeaDe618 @NBAMyke Westbrook and Durant both foul baited like any other in the league. Durant had a rule changed because he foul baited. The under and up to shoot to catch the hands of the defender is no longer considered a shooting foul, because Durant was getting 20+ FTs a game. Give me a break.

I’ve been watching a lot of film, and the new NBA allows for offenses to initiate contact provided the defense is trying to establish a new line. 9 times out of 10, defenses are slow.

OKC tries to box out and rebound, Allen sets a screen with a shoulder and two fists to the chest in an attempt to “get back” or to “injure.” The intent is the difference when playing physical. I’m not so sure anymore if the NBA is as soft as its fans.

They’re pissed and mad because they hate when their teammates play better than them. Shooters don’t like playing team defense, cause they don’t know how.

@mike_jonessssss @LogionNoops He’s allowed access to the rim when the defender can’t stay in front of him. Once Allen puts his hand on his arm, that’s a foul if SGA gathers. Allen reaches, and SGA teaches. All the greats have done this, and everyone just whines when it’s not their favorite team/player
