Remember Warriors club, the Churchill racing club horse? Earned 800k and members couldn’t earn from it due to the setup, to my knowledge.

@ry_metzger @AndreCG___ Markups/profit is always a fun debate. The fee structure of any syndicate should be considered by a client/prospective. But I don’t think it’s unreasonable for any business to charge markups for it taking the risk to acquire assets under no certainty of a sold out product.

@ry_metzger @AndreCG___ MG and GS were leases offered at well below market value. While it didn’t turn out profitable for MG (due to injury that year) the structure was set up fairly. GS offered a full year worth of racing, a few wins, and decent distributions.
