@KyleHamstra I learned more about teaching when I subbed then anywhere else. I picked up different things from different teachers/classrooms. I think subbing should be woven into the student teaching experience.

@polonerd Even a period - hire a sub for a week and have them rotate around. Not ideal in a cohort situation, but at least it is a break.
