@garyharlow3 @ChaseSupport @BankofAmerica does the same. No updates or status. Upload to a portal and you're in line. Maybe someone will look or not. It's best to use a community bank. They can't even reply back on how to withdraw the document so we can apply with someone who cares.

@BankofAmerica @marcorubio How can we find out if our loan is in the SBA system and if we have been assigned a loan number with the SBA. We have not received any updates since we uploaded all the documents last Monday.
