Using JavaScript in the database FETCH data from REST API and call that from SQL is easy.
Here my REST API is from my Autonomous Oracle Database 19c, and my local 23c DB is acquiring data from that resource.
And in 23c the db can use local OS Cert for https!

It seems the above is only a problem if the IG is in a #orclapex modal window. We have another problem too with a Popup LOV column in an IG which is in a modal that keyboard navigation is broken when selecting a value. Are you aware of both of these @J_Snyders?
