It must be the start of the MMSD Spring Break based on the current conditions. If only we could get our phones to blow up with a Snow Squall Warning to make it official. Stay safe, relax, and Make Good Decisions! #WIweather@ChrisReeceWX
Congratulations to the Class of 2022 Hydrogen graduates! Today, on the 100th class of the year, 130 students received their diplomas and no longer have to "write their Hs" on their organic structures. Thanks to the 16 members of the Class of 2020 for being our grad speakers. #NoH
It has been 686 days since the last game of Tapee was played and 980 days since the last team was crowned Tapee Ball National Champions (2019). Today, the tradition of Tapee has returned to Memorial & the Road to the Foam Four has begun! #TapOnwardMemorial π΅
Experts at the UW Carbone Cancer Center say you should test for radon inside your house. Radon exposure is the second-leading cause of lung cancer in the United States, according to the American Cancer Society. https://t.co/ULTfT0ngTT
It will be a cold day in (the) hall before we call school off for the cold. It's 47 below (the frz. pt. of water) this morning and we're about to get our learn on. #WinterInWisconsin#WeAreJMM
The ONLY great thing about virtual school is that it's easier to get through the halls to get to class! Here's to (hopefully) our last virtual school day ever! π€See you Monday JMM!
Merry Quizmas to all! Looks like the security cameras caught an early morning St. Quickalus (Quiz Qwingle) delivering quiz questions for all the good little Spartans. I always thought he used the ceiling vent. If you have an an all-time favorite QQ let me know in a reply!
March Onward Memorial...towards a new era. We will continue to teach and prepare our students for College, Career, and Community as one of the top high schools in our state. #WeAreVPM
Opening Day in room 667 for Quick Quiz Season 2. Lots of students with visions of hunting down & hauling in a huge 12-pointer trophy quiz, and maybe even mounting it on the fridge. Featuring a duck call given to me by the late George Bulovsky. #EdmundFitzgeraldDay
@AndrewBulovsky I'd be happy to bring it on Saturday! It still sits in the classroom (667) as a reminder of his years at Memorial and all the memories we shared as colleagues.
The Memorial community and Science Dept has lost a legendary educator. George Bulovsky was a great friend and mentor that truly knew how to connect with students. He left his mark on many of us, but also anywhere he wrote in permanent chalk (white out). R.I.P. George. β€π₯
@AndrewBulovsky I realized I underestimated his service in years and I'm sorry for that. My words also underestimate the impact he had on all of us. I am sorry for your loss.
