Happy to share that KIIT University has been ranked 6th among all universities in India, across both government and private institutions, in the Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings 2026. It has also emerged as the No. 1 university in the entire eastern region of India
On International Girls in ICT Day, I extend my good wishes to all girls who are learning and growing in the field of technology.
I have always believed that when girls get the right opportunity, they do very well in every field. ICT has the power to open many new paths for them. We should continue to encourage our daughters to learn, move forward and shine with confidence.
An action-filled day unfolded at our campus as we hosted the Top 30 state winners of the 61st Femina Miss India 2026 for a specially curated Sports Day.
From trying their hand at archery to cycling at the velodrome, and from court games like tennis and pickleball to yoga & Zumba.
Today evening, as Shri Anant Ambani Ji hosted a special dinner for my 40,000 KISS children, I felt very happy.
I could see the excitement and joy on their faces. They celebrated the birthday by cutting a cake, dancing, and spending time together with so much happiness. These simple moments of togetherness mean a lot to them. When my children are happy, I feel happy. This is my true happiness.
We all at KISS appreciate the care and affection of Shri Anant Ambani Ji towards our children. He has announced scholarships for them, will take our topper students to Vantara to learn and experience new things, and has also offered job opportunities to 30 KISS students every year in the Reliance Group.
For children coming from very humble tribal families, this means a lot. It gives them confidence and a new path in life.
So much happiness in one place. 40,000 KISS children came together to celebrate a birthday that has brought hope, learning opportunities and career paths into their lives. #HappyBirthdayAnantAmbani#AnantAmbaniWithKISSChildren
I feel very happy to see our KIIT & KISS children perform so well at the All-India Inter-University Rugby Championship 2026.
Our KIIT Women’s Team has won the Gold Medal, and the KIIT Men’s Team has secured the Silver Medal. Their effort, discipline and teamwork have brought happiness to all of us.
It is also a matter of happiness that both KIIT and KISS Men’s and Women’s teams have qualified for the upcoming Khelo India University Games. This shows how our children are growing steadily in sports with confidence and belief.
Through my efforts, I have always tried to give them an environment where they can learn, play and grow together. When they perform like this, it gives me quiet happiness.
My blessings are always with them. I wish all our players the very best for the upcoming games.
Congratulations to Somanath Hembram, our KIIT & KISS student, for winning two Silver medals in Archery (Men’s Recurve Individual and Team events) at the Khelo India Tribal Games 2026.
I feel very proud to see the continued performance of our athletes. Odisha has now secured 57 medals and finished 2nd in the overall medal tally, with 21 Gold, 15 Silver and 21 Bronze medals. It is a matter of pride that 29 medals (9 Gold, 7 Silver and 13 Bronze) have come from our KIIT and KISS students. My good wishes to all of them for the days ahead.
On World Autism Awareness Day, let us pledge to spread awareness and understand children with autism in a simple and caring way.
Every child is different and has their own way of learning and understanding. With patience and acceptance, we can make them feel comfortable and confident.
My good wishes to all the children and their families.
The FIVB Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour Challenge 2026 at KIIT concluded today after five days of exciting matches from 4th March. It was wonderful to see athletes from across the world competing with great spirit on our campus.
Congratulations to the winners. In the Women’s category, USA won Gold, Japan secured Silver and USA received Bronze. In the Men’s category, Belgium won Gold, Czech Republic secured Silver and Israel received Bronze.
I met and felicitated the medal winners and shared these moments with them. I am very happy that this international championship was organised successfully at KIIT with the participation of 83 teams from 52 countries and the presence of more than 300 players and officials.
I express my sincere gratitude to FIVB, Government of India — MYAS and MEA — and the Government of Odisha for their support in making this championship possible. My appreciation also goes to our volunteers and organising teams who worked quietly with dedication throughout the event. My best wishes to all the athletes for their future tournaments.
