Here’s where #SFGiants prospects landed:
1B/DH Bryce Eldridge - #24
SS Josuar Gonzalez - #45
SS Luis Hernandez - #62
SS Jhonny Level - #64
OF Bo Davidson - #99
Some strong debuts on @JustBB_Media & @AramLeighton8’s Top 100 from Hernandez and Level.
It’s not just that the Giants are having a rough season, but they’re starting to get blown out fairly consistently. Simply not competitive in most games.
Robbie Ray's stuff has not been as good over his last few outings:
3/27 - 5/12:
Stf+ FA: 109
Stf+ SL: 102
Location +: 95
5/13 - 5/24:
Stf+ FA: 100
Stf+ SL: 93
Location +: 89
Obviously, a lot more goes into success/failure, but definitely something to monitor. #SFGiants
Not only have the numbers been good over the last week or so, but the swing decisions and overall quality of at-bats have been phenomenal.
@The_CallUpPod
Bryce Eldridge has fully arrived. After hitting doubles in each of his first two at-bats, he launches his 2nd career long ball to center field. #SFGiants
- 453 ft.
- 108.2 mph
- 30/30 HR/PARK
The last two Giants to record a 5-hit game:
Alex Dickerson (2020)
Jung Hoo Lee (today)
Lee has gone 11-for-15 (.733 AVG) in the Giants' series against the Rockies🤯
Imagine telling a 2023 #SFGiants fan that in 2026:
- Kyle Harrison is a CY candidate with the Brewers
- Rafael Devers has been underwhelming in his first full season with SF
- Marco Luciano is raking in the NYY system
- Bryce Eldridge is a “bench bat” for the big league club
Just a reminder that Tony Vitello was set up for failure with a bullpen that significantly lacks big-league experience and the ability to close games. I will stand by the fact that the rookie manager has been the least of the #SFGiants issues.
