.@Delta . Got a response to the previous tweet. Told me to call customer service. Have already been on the phone with customer service 3 times for about 2 hours each. @Delta is a large company. Wouldn't take much to make this go away and keep me and other as a customer

.@Delta Longtime skymiles member. Called and cancelled a trip that included flight and hotel booked through @Delta. They cancelled flight, but not hotel. I'm out $250 for hotel no show. @Delta refuses to even offer a voucher. Very, very disappointing for long time customer.
