When I click there it talks about paying £10 for a replacement, nothinh about renewing for another 12 months

@cineworld hi, I'd like some help about my unlimited card please. I purchased back in November 2022, but was given extra months due to my cinema (York) having it's group dropped from 2 to 1. I'm annoyed that I wasn't notified at all, as I'm not able to go tonight as I'd planned.

@Tesco Points have gone from the app. Considering I'm on clubcard+, have done 2x £100+ big shops this month, on top of whatever I had before then, you'd think I'd have more than 36 points? I've never had physical vouchers so don't tell me they're posted like you've told others.

@johnlewishelp I just won't be using John Lewis next time unfortunately. A great shop but it's been made as difficult as possible for me to use you since you closed the York store. The product I needed was a gift that the recipient is still without, and I don't know what else I can do.

@johnlewishelp No, that's not the issue. There were still '3 in stock' while I was there, at the store, and there are '3 in stock' currently as I type this. Your website doesn't work and I've wasted time (45 minutes trip from York) and money (£3 parking) making the trip.
