they move to low income neighborhoods and die on those same streets

@user1993_ @JabariBrisport the world overall operates through capitalism and any land that doesn't embrace it wholeheartedly is ignored, neglected, torn apart and/or stolen. obviously a poor country trying to use "unpopular" governing systems is going to have a bad time because they're forced to do it solo
