Oh the irony @bmstores #fail

@jushiip A simplified example here: https://t.co/NCKPzNwnwx

[Joe P @jmp909]

@jushiip I have eg an async loop in a state running some serialised async GameActions which then run another set of async SO’s that get processed by another async operation (think dialog, cutscenes etc). Trying to work out how far you need to pass the token down / through the chain.

[Joe P @jmp909]

@jushiip useful thanks. i've been doing mine all wrong!

I have Objectives each with own FSM amd within those are Goals with own FSM. I think passing around a cancellation token (or not) especially on long=running nested operations got messy, but i'll see if I can expand on yours.

@LottsRose Incredible material/lighting! I thought it was a photo composite until I saw your process video

[Joe P @jmp909]

@LottsRose Like L.M.A.O or LeMoww?

Slow Windows 11 File Explorer? Try F11 fullscreen - hides toolbar causing the issue (Mica)

(also going to Control Panel and navigating back up to My PC which will keep the old style toolbar). StartAllBack app to revert to old Explorer.

#Windows11

[Joe P @jmp909]

@isaac_abraham Try F11 fullscreen - hides the toolbar that’s causing the slowdown

(You can see similar effect by going to Control Panel and navigating back up to My PC which will keep the old style toolbar)

Try StartAllBack app to revert to old Explorer. There’s also a single registry hack

@LottsRose Well, New York Times but doesn’t mean it’s *actually* true… https://t.co/tKcunLrlBU

Was just on phone with someone who works for FB who described employees unable to enter buildings this morning to begin to evaluate extent of outage because their badges weren’t working to access doors.

[Joe P @jmp909]

@LottsRose “JUST IN - Facebook employees reportedly can't enter buildings to evaluate the Internet outage because their door access badges weren’t working (NYT)”

@ww3thegame Any plans for PC vs Console with controller in 2021/22?

Game looks really great but mainly play crossplay with console friends.
