@TheStingisBack When the train whistle first blows, she’d hold my hand. The story was way beyond her age range, but she saw something in the story she understood. Or maybe she wanted to keep going until it made sense to her. The train whistle gets to me every time.
@TheStingisBack This movie made me realize that little kids absorb movies differently than adults. My niece was 2 when it came out. We saw it together 8 times that winter, including IMAX 3D. I’d bring her to see a new kids movie and we’d get to the theater and she’d insist on “Polar ‘spress”.
