@SamuelJsdv Small suggestion: you might want to reconsider the word ‘leader’, as it can sound legitimizing. Given the context, terms like ‘authoritarian ruler’, ‘de facto ruler’ or ‘head of the regime’ may be more accurate and avoid implying democratic legitimacy.
