I’ll never use @PODS after what my niece is going through. How can you drop off a pod and the earliest pick up date is late August. They are moving. They can’t leave the Pod at the house they just sold.

Is customer service a thing of the past? At @dunkindonuts & the speaker was down, told me to go to the window. 2 cars ahead of me. I got to the open window & the guy (manager) didn’t acknowledge me & was fighting w/ an employee for 5 minutes never said a word to me. I left. 😡
