우리는 승한의 복귀 공지 및 고소 진행 관련 공지의 촉구를 위하여 SM엔터테인먼트 본사 앞 시위를 계획하였으나, 시위 전 승한의 라이즈로의 복귀 공지 및 승한의 복귀 신념이 담긴 손편지를 전달 받아 예정되어있던 시위를 취소하였습니다.

다만, 급진적인 6인 지지자 팬들의 불만을 폭력적, 혐오적 문구가 기재된 띠지에 담아 무려 근조 화환으로 비상식적인 시위를 진행한 결과, 단 3일 만에 복귀가 탈퇴로 번복되는 사태가 발생하였습니다.

그 과정에서 라이즈 멤버 6인은 해외 스케줄을 수행하는 중이었던 바 승한의 탈퇴를 충분히 논의하지 못하였으며, 승한은 가상적인 죽음을 연상케 하는 시위를 회사의 보호 없이 오롯이 직면해야 했습니다.

또한, 활동 중지와 복귀 및 탈퇴로 인하여 승한이 써야 했던 두 번의 사과문과, 그 행위들에 대한 위저드 프로덕션의 사과 및 사생활 유포와 허위사실 유포 고소 등 아티스트 케어는 전혀 없어 승한을 전폭적으로 지원한다는 공지 내용에 신빙성이 떨어진다고 판단됩니다.

이 작태는 SM엔터테인먼트 및 위저드 프로덕션이 10개월 간 라이즈 멤버 7명 및 브리즈 모두를 농락한 행위로 간주되는 바, 취소하였던 대면 시위를 재개하려고 하오며, 시위의 목적은 승한의 라이즈로의 복귀 및 아티스트 보호 촉구입니다.
