Just been told that £50 is the appropriate compensation for the £630 that I had to fork out for @kwikfit tyres (found by Halfords mobile fitter - which one of your reps has said ‘did not happen’) gobsmacked @ResponseNewsCs

@Halfords_uk ever heard of the Consumer Rights Act 2015? It states services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, and consumers must not be left financially disadvantaged due to a service failure.
Thanks to @KwikFitCS I got the right tyres fitted. Still waiting for £

@Halfords_uk sent the wrong tyres, leaving my car unsafe to drive to France post bereavement in Dec. I had to pay £629.95 at @Kwik_Fit to fix Halfords’ error.

My complaint was closed without investigation. Still out of pocket. Still no news. #ConsumerRights #CustomerServiceFail

@AmazonHelp if delivery drivers have made an error, the onus should not be on the customer who does not get the items. It is shocking customer service

@amazon a gift to my SIL (whilst her husband is deployed) is saying "handed to resident", which it wasn't. I'm currently on the phone to a customer services representative who tried to fob me off. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor to try and get it sorted. Very disappointed
