I'm going to he taking part in a writing challenge this month. 30k in 30 days or 30 hours in 30 days. Let's get some writing done!

I don't consider fellow writers and creatives as competition - I see them as team mates and companions on a journey that can be difficult sometimes.
Seeing others succeed is inspiring and proof that I can find good things also 👍
I need help with writing fae, but like real creepy fae. The fae that is trying to find every sadistic way to take your skin off fae. What are some good fae creatures besides the common ones?
@AuthorGFAllen I personally prefer numbers, but I think it's because it's simple. But I always add a little blurb with lore that's not related to the main plot.
@Undertheradarb2 Some people have this pre conceived notion that IF Brandon Sanderson didn't do a Kickstarter then it would automatically mean that those people would fund indie authors or the like. Not how it works. People choosing to fund his Kickstarter's are doing so because they like him.
@MohantyGourav7 He also got published in a completely different era of publishing. Indie publishing basically didn't exist back in 2005. I think it is reductive to compare his journey in becoming a published author to modern day publishing. He writes amazing stories, with diverse characters.
