@united my flight was just straight up cancelled this morning three hours notice. Waited on hold both on the phone and via their app for over 1.5 hours and no one came on to help. Had to go through Travelocity for any kind of service. No rescheduled flight. Shame on you United!

@united woke up early this morning to a text that my flight was cancelled. Over 1.5 hours on hold via phone and through the app both and no one came on to help. No more flights today so cancelled entire trip. Ridiculous, never had this happen in all my times of travel. Awful!
