@AmericanAir You should realize that we were supposed to leave at 1250 yesterday. There have been multiple flights to multiple cities that we could've made our connections through. Your airline has really dropped the ball for a lot of people and made zero attempts to make it right with anyone

Pretty cool how you can pay $1600 for flights with @AmericanAir to get to and from a location on set dates and be sitting in the airport for over a day waiting on them to hold up their end of the deal with no guarantee that it's going to happen.
