@MungoManic This is exactly the standard operating procedure in the United States as well. Incredibly large blond and red-haired skulls (and skeletons) have been found in places such as Catalina Island or Lovelock caverns, only to be meticulously rounded up and either hidden or reburied.

@Rubblechops @qustodio Same. My three kids use laptops at home for their school and it's saying they've used their Internet allotment for the day. I don't even have a time Internet usage limit set for them, but there's no way to get their machines back up and running. @qustodio needs get on this quick.

@Rubblechops @qustodio Yup I'm having the same issue. App says "Whoops, something went wrong. Please try again." and the website never loads past the sign in page. Seems to be a technical issue, but I can't find any kind of status page on their end.

@AppleSupport Ok I did this step. Unfortunately nothing changed. All bluetooth hardware is unable to connect unless hard wired, and the "Turn Bluetooth Off" button is still disabled.

@AppleSupport Updating my iMac to 10.13.5 killed bluetooth functionality, and I'm finding others with the issue in the forums, but no solid solutions. Any idea when there might be an update to fix this?

@AppleSupport Correct. It's still greyed out. I bought a chargeable Trackpad 2 this morning so I could keep working. That and my keyboard is also plugged in via USB. Here's what my setup looks like. Both connect when wired, but disconnect when unplugged form USB.

@AppleSupport Sure. Since the restart (which automatically occurs after an update) my iMac refuses to connect to any bluetooth device at all, including my Magic Mouse/wireless keyboard. Bluetooth is "on", but strangely the button to turn it off is greyed out and disabled.
