I was never really a model. That somehow is in my bio. The whole thing is I was tall since I was a child - you're either a model or you play basketball.
2025 might be the toughest year for one Sara Duterte!
I agree with what Richard Heydarian said; Sara Duterte was the biggest political loser in 2024 but the worst is yet to come as she is just about to face the consequences of her actions. Too many moving parts, luckily… you have me, someone who is hoping and praying that there will be #NoMoreDutertes in 2025 in our political landscape.
Here’s a quick summary of what Vice President Sara Duterte will be facing in 2025:
1. Impeachment Trial
Recent news says that at least according to the House Secretary General, there might be a 4th Impeachment complaint that will be filed next week. Despite the stance of the President regarding the said matter, it is the constitutional mandate of the House of the Representatives to process the impeachment complaint filed.
So… it is safe to say that the impeachment against Vice President Sara Duterte is inevitable after all.
The impeachment trial being a political process might be a double edged sword even for the popular Vice President, her allies at the Senate must consider how great the roster of the lower house actually is. Imagine Cong. Rodge Guiterrez, Cong. Bongalon, Cong. Luistro, Cong. Migs Nograles-Almario and Cong. Keith Flores as the prosecutors, and these are just the lawyers among the brilliant legislators we discovered in the 19th Congress.
How can that roster of Senators defend their votes might make or break their political careers, the House Quad Comm legislators are not popular because they look good —they are popular because they are good.
2. Possible National Bureau of Investigation Cases: Grave Threats Under Article 282 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Section 6 of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 and Anti-terrorism Act of 2020
Contrary to what is circulating in Tiktok, the investigation of the NBI is very much alive and is expected to submit its recommendation to the Department of Justice early January 2025. You can really count on the Duterte supporters for a ridiculous narrative just to make Sara Duterte look good, huh?
Vice President Duterte was given the opportunity to tell her side of the story with the snubbed NBI subpoena, something that the thousand of War on Drugs victims were deprived of.
3. PNP filed criminal cases: Direct Assault, disobedience to authority and grave coercion under the Revised Penal Code
Quezon City Police District filed cases against the Vice President, Col. Raymund Dante Lachica and others last November. This is regarding the actions and words of the Vice President when Duterte’s chief of staff was about to be transferred from one hospital to another.
The best thing about this issue might be the fact that it’s well documented, the Philippine National Police showed some of the evidence filed in a press conference that same week.
4. Finality of the OVP Notice of Disallowances
The Office of the Vice President can no longer hide in the premise of “notice not yet considered final” in 2025, as the final verdict of the COA order will be released this year.
At least with what was presented in the House Blue Ribbon Committee, the possibility of a successful appeal of the OVP to the order of COA for them to return the Php 73.287 million is close to none. And this is just one of the many, please refer to my previous posts for the complete list.
In fact! Lawyers and legislators raised the possibility of cases like technical malversation and plunder. Other legal cases will also be considered in the transfer of SDO responsibilities to the security offices which is not in accordance with the joint circular.
5. Further probe of the Duterte-Duterte joint account allegedly linked to the drug lord Sammy Uy
The House Quad Committee through its progress report recommended the further investigation of the joint account of the former President Duterte and Vice President Duterte joint account.
The members of the House Quad Committee asked the former President if he is willing to sign the bank secrecy waiver to debunk the testimony of former Senator Trillanes but refuses to.

No one can question that indeed Sara Duterte is tough but is she tough enough to survive that much facts and evidence? Only time will tell. #ExposetheDutertes #NoMoreDutertes
Naniniwala kayo kay Jamela dahil may receipts siya about Maris at Anthony pero nung last election di nyo pinanalo yung “good governance with receipts” kasi gusto nyo bagong pilipinas.
