Baffles me how the governing body thinks.

At World/Olympic level when should you come in to form. Do you just get the Q and hope for the best or do you plan a season so you peak for worlds ?

I might be wrong on this so if any of UKA want to reply and explain…

Straight after trials, Head of Endurance told others they had to race to show form, Alex wasn’t told this. 3rd @ champs&standard = go
