Fadiel Adams threatened to kill Lieutenant General Mkhwanazi. He called Lieutenant General Mkhwanazi a "little bitch," yet people are not condemning such behaviour coming from a member of parliament. A member of parliament threatening to kill a police officer in a country where police officers are killed daily must not be left unpunished. The South African Police Service must add further charges.

Fadiel Adams might hate black people. He has collaborated with right-wing groups to undermine black people as indigenous to the Western Cape by assisting the narrative of Dutch colonial settlers that black people in the Western Cape are foreigners who must return to the Eastern Cape.

It doesn’t end there. Adams is still mingling with people who sell drugs in their communities and is surrounded by individuals actively involved in gangsterism in the Western Cape.

Adams is an unrepentant criminal. I believe he will test positive for drugs when he is admitted tonight to Durban Westville prison. As a Member of Parliament, Adams acted dishonourably by calling our police officers “animals” based on their skin colour, behaving in a superior manner, and showing respect only to coloured police officers. His behaviour must be condemned by all forward-thinking South Africans.

South Africa is facing serious challenges with crime, and our police officers are demoralised because senior management is compromised. This leaves them vulnerable to criminals who associate with dubious characters like Fadiel Adams. By visiting a prisoner for interrogation, Adams has already committed a crime. I would not be surprised if the Department of Correctional Services adds charges against him, as Section 123 of the Correctional Services Act 111 of 1998 is very explicit regarding the interrogation of inmates.

Adams is a representative of a criminal syndicate in Parliament, working to undermine the men and women of the South African Police Service who are simply doing their jobs. He abused his power as a Member of Parliament and misrepresented the Portfolio Committee on Police, which is extremely dangerous for our communities, particularly in the Western Cape, where we are battling gangsterism, murder, and drug problems. Our society does not deserve loose cannons like Adams, who appear intent on opening the way for criminals to take over government through illegal means.

Any Member of Parliament , including those from parties I support , becomes subject to public scrutiny the moment their conduct intersects with active criminal investigations, correctional facilities, and convicted offenders. Constitutional democracy is founded on the supremacy of the Constitution and the rule of law, not political status or self-assigned mandates.

That is precisely why the Powers, Privileges and Immunities of Parliament and Provincial Legislatures Act 4 of 2004 limits privilege to the “precincts” and lawful parliamentary functions connected to authorised proceedings.

A member of Parliament cannot unilaterally convert himself into investigator, intermediary, or evidence-handler outside formal parliamentary authority and then invoke privilege retrospectively. Constitutional oversight is structured, delegated, and procedurally regulated , not self-initiated freelance intervention in active criminal matters involving convicted offenders.

You are part of the problem in this country, and so are all parliamentarians.

Wait a minute.

This appears to be the same transaction General Mkhwanazi was talking about when he first appeared. He had mentioned that in 2024 Former Minister Cele sent Matlala a bank account, Matlala deposited money (R300-500k) into said account and sent proof of this Cele.

He had said they were investigating what was going on and would come back with further info. He subsequently withdrew the claim after it became clear that the account owner and the person who Matlala was talking with was not Cele.

The transaction was real, but the deposit to the (wrong) account owner that was the mistake. LMAOOOOO 😂😂😂

Politics will always mislead many due to a lack of understanding. The endorsements I am seeing from some sections of the middle class are appealing yet very hollow, to say the least. It is not about individuals, or rather about the DA or even the ANC and their choice of Mayors.

If you think Zille will be able to stop the crisis in JHB just because she's Zille, you are delusional. The crisis in Johannesburg is a legacy of a colonial past that concentrated development and other resources in Gauteng, especially in Johannesburg. To address the decay and challenges Johannesburg faces, you must realize that it cannot be fixed through rhetoric about service delivery and clean audits alone.

It requires restructuring the country's economy, where production and economic activities are no longer concentrated in Gauteng. It also requires curbing internal migration that forces most of us to flock to Johannesburg mainly to seek employment.

Are Zille and the DA willing to do that since they are in government? Even the ANC, are they willing to do that? No!

The solution to Johannesburg's problems is linked to making former homelands and other parts of the country vibrant economic hubs, so people don’t have to migrate and flock into little Johannesburg. Without that vision, you'll keep running in circles, changing mayors in Johannesburg without any real results.
