Can you please issue other notification cancelling earlier one or make it mandatory for all states / RTOs to have procedure in place say within 3 months. Else credibility of ministry and government intent is lost. A humble citizen

My humble question and request, I was so happy after seeing this notification as for learning it is a online test which can be done anywhere, and states / RTOs reluctance to implement changes. As the Nexus of Agents and RTO officer will not allow this to happen

I didn't read properly while ordering that it is customised. Biggest problem nobody in #lenovo was trying to help just trying to hide inefficiencies and incompetent policies. Thanks to your ill treatment I bought #dellinsperion laptop which is getting delivered on 22nd
