यह कार्यक्रम केवल एक औपचारिक विमोचन नहीं, बल्कि देश की शिक्षा व्यवस्था में जनभागीदारी, पारदर्शिता और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शैक्षणिक वातावरण को सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है। स्कूल मैनेजमेंट कमिटी के माध्यम से अभिभावकों, शिक्षकों एवं स्थानीय समुदाय की सहभागिता सुनिश्चित कर विद्यालयों को अध���क जवाबदेह और प्रभावी बनाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।

विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति (SMC) निपुण भारत मिशन के अंतर्गत बुनियादी साक्षरता और संख्यात्मकता (FLN) को सुदृढ़ करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती हैं, जो राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के अनुरूप है जिसमें कक्षा 2 तक सभी बच्चों में #FLN सुनिश्चित करने पर बल दिया गया है। अभिभावकों और स��ुदाय की सक्रिय भागीदारी से ये समितियाँ छात्रों के लिए अनुकूल और समावेशी शिक्षण वातावरण बनाने में सहयोग करती हैं।

SMC प्रारंभिक कक्षाओं में मातृभाषा या स्थानीय भाषा के उपयोग को प्रोत्साहित करती हैं, सामुदायिक सहयोग से पठन को बढ़ावा देती हैं, पठन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए रीडिंग कॉर्नर स्थापित करने, कहानी सत्र आयोजित करने और अभिभावक-आधारित पठन गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देने जैसे प्रयास करती हैं, जिससे बच्चों के लिए सीखना अधिक रोचक और प्रभावी बनता है।SMC दिशानिर्देश का विमोचन 6 मई 2026 को किया जाएगा।

आज विज्ञान भवन में विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति (SMC) Guidelines के शुभारंभ के अवसर पर दिल्ली के माननीय शिक्षा मंत्री श्री @ashishsood_bjp, छत्तीसगढ़ के माननीय स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री श्री @GajendraYdvBJP, शिक्षकगण एवं विशिष्ट अतिथियों के साथ सम्मिलित होने का सुखद अवसर मिला।

ये दिशानिर्देश स्कूल, परिवार और समाज के बीच एक सशक्त भावन���त्मक एवं सामाजिक साझेदारी को संस्थागत रूप देने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण पहल हैं। SMC को शिक्षक, अभिभावक और विद्यार्थियों के बीच प्रभावी सेतु बनाते हुए शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता, डिजिटल संसाधनों के उपयोग और विद्यालयी ��ातावरण की सतत निगरानी में सक्रिय भूमिका निभानी होगी।

नई पीढ़ी की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए कक्षा 3 से computational thinking और AI आधारित शिक्षण की शुरुआत की गई है। साथ ही, बच्चों के पोषण को सुदृढ़ करना और 'एक पेड़ मां के नाम' जैसे अभियानों के माध्यम से मूल्य आधारित शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देना भी हमारी प्राथमिकताओं में है। समग्र शिक्षा अभियान, पीएम श्री, पीएम पोषण, अटल टिंकरिंग लैब्स और उल्लास जैसे कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से शिक्षा क्षेत्र में व्यापक परिवर्तन हो रहा है।

Foundational एवं Digital Literacy में सुधार, dropout दर में निरंतर कमी और छात्राओं, विशेषकर STEM क्षेत्र में, अवसरों के विस्तार हेतु प्रत्येक जिले में 500 बेड के छात्रावास की पहल इस दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम हैं।

जब विद्यालय और समुदाय परस्पर विश्वास और साझा उत्तरदायित्व के साथ कार्य करते हैं, तब शिक्षा एक समग्र सामाजिक प्रक्रिया बन जाती है, जो बच्चों के स���्वा��गीण विकास और राष्ट्र निर्माण की आधारशिला रखती है।
