@c_stromsten @hanifbali likväl blir det skevt utfall. Om två personer investerar 1M i en fastighet, där ena köper en fastighet för 1M och den andra köper fastighet för 5M (med 4M bolån) så har de i grunden samma förmögenhet men ena personen betalar 5x mer i fastighetsskatt + ränta och amortering.

We are about to release such an awesome feature for Photo Inbox (on @AppAirport): The ”Older | Inbox” toggle

With this, you can freely jump between reviewing old photos and deleting new junk, whenever you feel like it.

@linusn78 After many many lines of Javascript code, I basically never found a single use case where I cared if a value was null or undefined.
But maybe when dealing with partial models for example it could be useful.

@linusn78 I guess JS couldn’t really change the meaning of “var” without breaking the Internet so they had to invent two new variables besides that one. And “const” sounds more immutable than “let”. 🤷‍♂️
