@CMCM741t @thejackhopkins You can call your local County Clerk of Court. Ask them how/what you need to do to get your passport documents. Let them know you have original birth certificate. (The birth certificate has to have the original (raised) stamp. You can go to a Walgreens to get your photo taken.
