@Cardiffbus The school buses 604 and 606 got through fine so I know it’s not the traffic. You need to revise this route like you have with others. Thought the 61’s were supposed to be every 15 mins.

@Cardiffbus so what happened to the 61 that was supposed to be at Fairwater Green at 8:41???? Running late again. It was still at Victoria Park at 8:49. You need to put on a bus inbetween 8:09 and 8:41.

@Cardiffbus And was the data collected during the start of the six weeks holidays because that would make a huge difference. There are a lot of parents using those buses to and from schools.

@Cardiffbus so if the 61’s are running every 15mins from 4th Sept then why isn’t there a 61 from Cardiff City Centre to Pentrebane between 7:46 and 8:18am that’s over 30mins. A lot of people catch that bus.

@LloydsBank Bank statement. So we gave them this but still no access. That was over a week ago again and today he took his new provisional driving licence down to the branch where he was told it would be another week said everything took time because of Covid!!!! It’s a joke!

@LloydsBank Hi could you please explain why it’s taken over 2 months for my son to have access to his ISA. He has given you all of his ID and according to your letter it takes 10 mins to active it yet 2 months down the line he is still waiting for access to his account.

@LloydsBank They said they would ask for a waiver which would take about a week and they would let us know when he could access it. Well after 2 weeks I rang and asked for and update. A week later my son had a phone call asking for more ID, a letter from his doctor to confirm him and a full

@LloydsBank Hi yes that’s right. Even though the letter we received said 2 forms of ID what we took to the Victoria Park branch in Cardiff wasn’t enough. They wanted something with a photo on, so I explained that he does drive and we don’t go abroad so no photo ID.
