@parcelforce And to be clear, I even left a thank you note on my door for the driver with additional contact details. No-one came for my parcel. Customer service, like just saying sorry, goes a long way. This pandemic shouldn’t be a reason to take people’s money and not provide a service.

@parcelforce I’ve spent over an hour on instant message to “customer service” and been assured there’s absolutely nothing you can do. The computer says I was ‘unavailable’. Call me old fashioned, but maybe ringing the doorbell or calling would be worth trying, to decide if I’m home next time?
