@Chelsea63121932 I waited 10 mins while it spun saying confirming availability (with black screen) then decided to give up & clicked 'back' & it took me back to the page where you could choose type of ticket and how many, and then I selected some again and got them. Hope it works for others!

@Chelsea63121932 wait a while - if it keeps on spinning for a long time then still don't click refresh or you go to back of queue. I had the same thing and clicked back, and it let me try again to select tickets. I got some in the end.
