The EAPDR pathway will provide a way of working to encourage us to use those psychological models, assessment through teaching frameworks and creative person centred meetings that are so useful in supporting children and young people 👍

Staffordshire LA are launching their new EAPDR pathway in Jan and the EPS are excited as it will enable us to share psychology more widely in more preventative ways!
@mathscpdchat@GT_Maths@EddieSarfo Use semi-concrete aids as a scaffolding technique and a bridge to understanding but ensure that pupils do not rely on them. They need to be phased out to ensure learning is mastered

@mathscpdchat for any teacher new to a department the opportunity to observe pupils of different ages/skill levels in other maths lessons is very valuable.
