Another point. The victims families have a right to their opinions. We have a right to ours.
The probability of illegal immigrants from severely pronounced violent countries like Sudan or Somalia to make “valuable contributions to our country” is at best very slim. One less death, worth it, one less crime, worth it.
Thank you but no thank you
The idea that you risk and take a chance
With a country with a pronounced overall violence severity like Sudan or Somalia especially
Is like playing Russian roulette. Would you take the chance? I don’t think you would.
This is my counter argument against people who object that “not all illegal immigrants are bad”. Or, “we have our crime too”. These are childish, silly excuses.
I am sure that even if we avoided one more death, it would be worth it. The less crime, the better. You have your own problems, focus on fixing those. You do not have to enable more potential problems.
So do not take a chance and import unknown people and dangerous cultures, thank you. Not because we are racists, but because it is foolish and too risky.
This is my position because this is the unfortunate reality - I am a realist and I do not care if I am branded a racist.
If you think that recklessly importing thousands of illegal immigrants is a good thing, then why don’t you go and live in those countries? Sounds logical to me.
However if you really value and appreciate your freedom and your country, then you must protect it at all costs, and not commit national suicide.
