The City Library was forced to close today due to public safety concerns.

As part of a protest on Grand Parade a banner was mounted across the entrance without permission.

I joined @forsa_union_ie march from Central Library to City Hall - site of Cork's Carnegie Library 1905-1920 - because it's beyond time @corkcitycouncil stood up for + protected its @corkcitylibrary staff against harassment in the workplace.
