@AustrianAirL #cancellation the cancellation was communicated with less than 48 hours prior to the exit. Tha chat ot of the company doesn’t work correctly and the phones numbers for a personal services were not available. When contacted, the help obtained was null.

@_austrian We lost a connection, a hotel reservation in Japan and a personal meeting in Nagano. It seems that the major reason for the cancelation is a Staff meeting of the company. It is incredible!!!#cancellation
