Approximately seven strikes were reported in the area, including around Mafraq Mawiyah, where a market and commercial shops were hit.

Yemen’s Health Ministry says the initial toll has reached 7 killed and more than 40 wounded, with the number of casualties still being counted.

The strikes come as Yemeni forces continue their advance around Taizz.

The scenes are reminiscent of 2015, with Saudi airpower once again being used around heavily populated areas and killing civilians.

California just posted a record: 1,235 assisted suicide deaths in 2025. That’s up from 495 in 2020 — almost 150% in five years.

Since the law passed in 2016, 6,758 people have died this way. In 2025, they also wrote 1,839 lethal prescriptions — hundreds more than the deaths they counted.

The state’s own report says the top reasons were not mainly uncontrolled pain:

• 96% — less able to do things that make life enjoyable
• 95% — loss of autonomy
• 84% — loss of dignity

Nearly 93% were 60 or older, and most were already on hospice.

They call it compassion. The numbers say it’s becoming ordinary.

When a society starts treating frailty as a reason to die, the sick stop being patients and start being a cost.

Life is not a problem to be solved when it gets hard.

🚨 BREAKING: COUNTER-TERROR POLICE TAKE OVER INVESTIGATION NEAR RAF FAIRFORD

Counter-terrorism police are now leading the investigation after several men were arrested on suspicion of offences under the Explosives Act near RAF Fairford.

Homes have been evacuated.

Army bomb-disposal specialists are examining vehicles.

Armed police are enforcing the cordon.

The Prime Minister is being kept updated.

RAF Fairford hosts significant US Air Force personnel and operations, and the USAF says personnel at the base “remain vigilant.”

But one point is critical:
Police have NOT confirmed that the incident is directly connected to RAF Fairford itself.

Whelford borders the airfield, but motive and intended target remain unconfirmed.

This is now clearly a serious national-security investigation.

It was reportedly recorded by the 10-year-old son of MNA Zubair Khan Wazir from inside a bathroom, where he had been locked while men RAIDED THE FAMILY HOME and TOOK HIS FATHER away.

The boy records himself as the raid unfolds outside. PTI says family members were held hostage, while WOMEN inside the house were FORCIBLY DRAGGED.

Wazir was subsequently arrested.

There are serious allegations that intelligence agencies were behind the operation.

What requires no political interpretation is the child in this video.

A 10-year-old, hiding in a bathroom, filming and hearing what was happening while his father was being taken from his home.

This is the most horrifying thought of all of this.
