To top it off, I was advised over the phone (when I eventually got through), that I could use an alternative witness to expedite the process. It states clearly on the website that only garda witnesses should be used for childrens

In the last 3 months, two of the windows in my home have spontaneously shattered. The first window was replaced under warranty by @Munster_Joinery . I am both shocked and appalled with the level of customer service provided by @Munster_Joinery on my 2nd window.

I am extremely concerned for the safety of my family due to the immediate risk of the falling glass, but also with regards the other windows. Is it only a matter of time before those spontaneously shatter too?
