1..How nice to see everyone yesterday..@Cromwell42 @pa_housing @val_valknight @kellygasson638 we now have a blueprint for refreshing our approach to scrutiny work. We haven’t done this alone, but with the invaluable help from @EmmaGilpin1 (TPAS)

[Joan Swift @joanmswift]

Today we are looking at refreshing on how we do our scrutiny work!@Cromwell42 @pa_housing @EmmaGilpin1

We all know I meant rumble of thunder (not tumble) don’t we?😊

[Joan Swift @joanmswift]

A quick shower, a tumble of thunder & a rainbow.what strange weather 🌈🌈🌈

[Joan Swift @joanmswift]

@Alison_Inman Come on #PAhousing respond, I don’t know the answer.

[Joan Swift @joanmswift]

@Cromwell42 You can come my balcony now🥵

[Joan Swift @joanmswift]

@ScrutinySteve So agreeWhat other title could be used. The truth is a high level of social housing tenants work, ldoing sometimes the most menial jobs(to the rich etc)and are not recognised for their efforts & still struggle in unbelievable ways.but hey same rich get richer & poorer get poorer😡

[Joan Swift @joanmswift]

I would like to ask.. do the celebrities pay for their seats @ Wimbledon & if not, why not. They get so many freebie’s that the less well off would love to be part of. #Wimbledon #fairness #ifyoucanpayletletsomebodylessfortuniternjoy

[Joan Swift @joanmswift]

@tpasLouise @TPASGill @HousingOmbuds Indeed they should,we have just completed a scrutiny on the complaint handling & was delighted with the openness & honesty from the team.

[Joan Swift @joanmswift]

@KwajoHousing Well done…. ! Never justify or explain why you could have done better. During your studies you have tirelessly looked after & raised the voice of tenants in unacceptable conditions. I wish you sincere best wishes for the future. 🎓@DanielHewittITV
