I've no idea if it's true, but the word here in Brighton is that the fascists will be met off the trains by drag queens and a samba band.
You don't have to be an idiot to bring white supremacy to the most welcoming and inclusive city in the country, but it sure helps 😜 🏳️🌈 🎉
URGENT! Pls share. The last chance to register to vote in the General Election is 11.59pm tomorrow Tue 18 June. Potentially 8m aren't registered at their current address. Here's 4 key facts...
1) You can do it online here https://t.co/i4FhJoAXfK
2) It's good for your finances. Not being on electoral roll can make it more difficult to be accepted for credit products like bank accounts or mortgages.
3) You can opt out of the 'Open Register' (which allows your info to be sold on) which will stop you getting junk mail marketing )
4) You'll need ID when you do vote (not to register) if you don't have it, you can get it free until Wed 26 June https://t.co/9bfL3hw3CV
@MartinSLewis I’m a single parent with a decent income, a little over threshold. Tiny house in SE where prices & rents v high and also eldest at uni on minimum maintenance as just over that threshold too. It’s just an unfair system.
@damien_page As a professional services leader in HE from a working class background it is important that I use that experience to help students in a similar situation. I’ve often thought about a blog or podcast, but never quite got round to it.
@hughjconsulting When I worked in medical education, it was an unclassified degree but there was norm referencing of subject honours (top 10%) in each subject.
UK gov waving through new North Sea oil and gas production so we can burn more of the dirty fossil fuels that caused the climate crisis. Sink Sunak's plan: https://t.co/6caV7TncOn
@HoyleTime@mike_rat It just feels like an agenda which will cause more anxiety for a cohort who have been through enough (and their first exams), and more work for unis in sorting out places for those who missed their predicted grades because of this.
