@Eurostar 3:37am. After 2 hours standing in the freezing cold and rain beside the train tracks, we are on the “rescue” train, packed in like soaking wet sardines. No idea when the train will leave and no clue when we will arrive in Paris. Abject misery, abject failure. #eurostar#fail

@Eurostar stuck on the 9048 now for 4 1/2 hours and have barely made it across the channel. Your grand plan is to eventually get us to Lille (we haven’t moved from this spot for 90 minutes) and then cram us all onto a full, waiting train?! Just send some buses for goodness sake!

@pot8um Had a customer once who demanded to speak to my manager because I had given him a meal deal (free soft drink) instead of charging him for the separate items. The audacity of saving him some money… My manager changed the bill, charged him full price and asked him not to return.
