#BEHsupport A “goal/behaviour chart” is a great way to collaborate with parents. Student/teacher decide on a goal , and complete a self-check chart. The chart is reviewed by teacher and signed by parents. Often there is a reward when goal is met @vincegalea82

#BEHsupport Zones of Regulation is a wonderful program to help all students learn to self-regulate and manage emotions. Students learn about their feelings and use tools (strategies) to help them regulate and stay in the green zone (alert and ready to learn). @vincegalea82

Agreed! It’s so important to have individuals at your school, school board, other schools, boards... even in other cities/countries. I value my get togethers with teacher friends from BC and Singapore... and now my PLC has expanded 😊

Growth comes from taking risks, listening to other people's views, and seeking out learning opportunities. Workshop Wednesday(at BVG) is when teachers offer workshops to help colleagues learn. We also have opportunities to observe our peers teach#SPEDAQ20 #PDgrow @vincegalea82
