@Outlook , I have been locked out of my account for 5 days now - I cannot receive the sms verification code as it gives an error every time. Support is not assisting - this is super urgent, please can someone get back to me to resolve this ASAP.

@Chany_Nkosi Late to the party, but have just had the WORST after sales service from this company. DO NOT USE. If anything goes wrong with product they will not refund or replace.
@JulianMountain@FlySafair Absolutely SHOCKING response from 'Customer Service' - apparently their technical error counts as a flight delay, which they accept no responsibility for. Their 'compensation' didn't even cover the expense incurred for this. Disgusting!!
@FlySafair Thanks, but yes that doesn't help too much. It would have helped having the situation rectified and a plan made to get him on his booked flight.

I have a boarding pass from a checkin 12 hours ago. Was looking forward to giving my wife a break from the 5 month old twins tonight yet @FlySafair won't let me board the flight cause it's full. Explain?
@FlySafair My husband is sitting at lanseria, checked into flight FA303 to CT this morning, and has been told he does not have a seat on the flight! How is this possible?! Someone needs to get back to us ASAP on how this can happen.
@CityofCT 2 months ago, I made a full cash payment to have my water meter moved. Since then, 12 calls to council, 3 new reference numbers and escalations, and still absolutely NO word from anyone as to when the work will be complete. Please advise ASAP
