A British family from Liverpool say they feared being attacked at a five star resort in Turkey after a Turkish man screamed at and pushed their twelve year old boy during a row over football.

The incident happened on the evening of June 5 when Turkish guests and their children began kicking balls at a group of British kids sitting in a circle at the Kids Club.

The twelve year old stepson was hit in the face by a ball threw it back and was then pushed three times by an angry Turkish man who demanded he call his father.

The family reported the assault to hotel staff but were told only sexual assault or rape would lead to guests being removed due to cultural differences.

CCTV footage showed the Turkish men had behaved aggressively while staff initially wrongly claimed the British children were throwing rubbish and spitting.

The family from Liverpool felt paranoid for the rest of their stay and have said they will never return to the resort after the lack of action from management.

British Transport Police (BTP) detectives investigating a sexual assault on board an Elizabeth Line train are releasing images of two men they would like to speak to.

At just before 11pm on Saturday 6 June, a group of buskers boarded an eastbound service at Whitechapel station.

During the journey, two men from the group sexually assaulted a woman.

They then got off the train at the next stop - Stratford station

Detectives believe the men in the images may have information that will assist their ongoing investigation.

Anyone who recognises them, or witnesses the assault, can contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 860 of 6 June.

Gagandeep Singh, 34, from Wandsworth, has been sentenced to 34 years for kidnapping, torturing and repeatedly raping a 24-year-old woman.

He abducted her after she refused to bring a suitcase from Thailand. Masked men forced her into a car at Birmingham Airport and took her to a house in Hanwell.

There she endured over a day of hell — punched, beaten, stripped, whipped, burned and violently raped on two occasions.

He then threatened her not to tell anyone.

A 24-year-old woman treated like a piece of meat by this monster.

34 years. Still not enough for what he did.

This is the horror we’re importing.
