@shenesbitt No they where in the airport since 7am. They hadn't even put there bags through as the systems where down so it was their they where waiting for hours then told to go home. Just hoping they can be put on a new flight soon

@MikeManchip @AerLingus My flight was to jfk at 10:55am. Was told it was cancelled to go home. Then to see it took off at 15:57pm on flight tracker. A lady I spoke tos daughter was on the flight tweeted me saying her daughter got on the flight to jfk. Disgraceful after been told it was cancelled.

@MikeManchip @shinfler1974 @AerLingus Mine was to jfk and its airborne aswell. I checked the flight tracker and I can see it departed at 15:57pm original flight was at 10:55am so I'm praying since seeing your tweet its a glitch in the system and the flights haven't taking off.

@permanenttsb I'm currently logged out of Internet banking trying to get true to someone the past 4 days and noones available. No Web chat or anything. Only switched over from ulster bank and I'm thinking of changing to a different bank. Absolutely ridiculous!

@TheRangeUK I am waiting on a refund since October and keep being told 14 days for a refund everytime and still no refund and I cant get through on the phone. And emails are automated so frustrating
