What a great weekend of running!
I successfully finished the Megalodon Challenge. I got a PR for the 10k😁. My coach, @riseendurance helped me through it with all my training. Looking forward to my next run challenge.

What an amazing 4 days!

The Englewood Cliffs 5k was a fun race through the local roads.
Came in second in my age group! Definitely not my fastest 5k, but racing doesn’t have to wait for perfection. We can get more fit and faster when we race and consistently train.
